Pedí retirado de gelish, manicura y esmalte, si te toca la mala suerte que te atienda la gerente Marlene, se tardará hora y media para dejarte las uñas como en la foto, hasta que me harte y pague y me fui, bonito lugar para pésimo servicio!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vine desde Querétaro, porque vine de visita a Town square, muy mala atención, se enojo la chica que me atendió por el tiempo del retiro, se molesto también por el tiempo del diseño, muy despectiva con el dinero, la gerente en vez de tratar de mejorar mi experiencia me dijo pues váyase ojala que en el local de enfrente la atiendan mejor, yo trabajo en marketing no son formas para resolución de problemas y atención al cliente ???no recomiendo no vayan ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mostré la foto del diseño que deseaba que me hicieran (era un simple gelish) y como estaba indecisa en los colores, la señora que me atendió se molestó y comenzó a desesperarse, azotaba los barnices y de mala gana me enseñaba los esmaltes. Una vez escogidos los colores, me limó las uñas y lo hizo de manera agresiva, dejándome uno de mis dedos con una pequeña herida. Al final el trabajo me gustó, repito, era gelish de colores, no había mayor ciencia, pero no volvería a ir a ese lugar donde te tratan mal y te hacen caras por cualquier cosa. No dejé nada por el servicio por obvias razones.

I did not leave anything for the service for obvious reasons.
