Pésimo servicio, desde las 5am su servicio dejó de funcionar y dijeron que regresáramos otro día a dar de baja el permiso como si no viviéramos a 4 horas de aquí.

Pésimo servicio y grosera la que atiende para entregar los permisos. Hoy 22 de Enero a las 11 de la noche. 2022.

Worst system like have come across to get a temp licence

When we entered Mexico the banjercito was impossible to miss, you were obviously going to pay. Upon leaving Mexico it was almost impossible to find, we drove by it because the sign was very small, hard to find. We drove past it by about 5 miles before doubling back and asking at the entrance banjercito were the exit one was. I'm sure many people do not bother to search for it and don't get their money back.

This station has 2 sides. The South bond side you can get your tourist permit and get a permit for your vehicle if you are traveling outside of the Sonora Free Zone. The North bound side is to get your deposit back from the vehicle permit. I only utilized the North bond side to get my deposit back from my vehicle, we never had to get out of the vehicle. The officer took pictures of vehicle VIN numbers and removed the sticker and we were on our way less than 10 minutes.

This is the worst and unprofessional office set up. When returning from Mexico you are required to stop here so you can have the refund on the vehicle permit. #1 they don’t really explain that when you enter Mexico. So a lot of people don’t stop for the refund. #2 The little office is on the side of the office where you do get the permit with the sticker. #3 The road access to it is not paved and full of potholes, and there is no warning sign for it. #4 If you have a motorhome be careful not to damage it, it is narrow and you have to stop in front of the cameras or you have to back up! No fun when you are towing. #5 I have been there a few times and you think they would employ someone who can speak English but no. They are rude but they like to look good! They show up for work late and are slow as molasses. Love Mexico but the experience with the border is horrible.
