★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí por necesidad al cajero y estuve observado, tanto que me parece exagerado, además no hay estacionamiento como para ir a hacer una operación bancaria, además hay personas muy altaneras y groseras, la verdad no vuelvo a pararme por ahí.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El dia 4 de enero del 2022 acudi a la sucursal toluca de banjercito ubicada en Jose Maria Pino Suárez a pedir que me ayudaran a sacar la aplicación de cuenta en mi celular yo tenia el número 541 que era mi turno entonces la señorita LUZ AURORA IBARRA FERIA se salto mi número y atendiendo al 542, entonces yo me levante, le dije que se había saltado mi número y ella me dijo muy despota y grosera que no me iba a enterder , que le hiciera como quisiera, esperó que se tomen cartas en el asunto, ya que como usuarios no merecemos ese trato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabo de acudir a la sucursal con la finalidad de pagar mi tarjeta de crédito NU, misma que no es de Banjercito pero que se puede pagar en el banco por el convenio que tiene la tarjeta con este. Pues el cajero no me dejo hacer la operación porque "no tenía cuenta con ellos", lo que sabemos, es innecesario. PÉSIMO SERVICIO Y POCO PROFESIONALISMO POR PARTE DEL CAJERO!
I just went to the branch in order to pay my NU credit card, which is not from Banjercito but can be paid at the bank due to the agreement that the card has with it. Well, the cashier didn't let me do the operation because "I didn't have an account with them", which we know is unnecessary. AWFUL SERVICE AND LITTLE PROFESSIONALISM ON THE PART OF THE CASHIER!
