Terrible service in the cancellations of permits. An hour in line and nobody comes close to the box.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy en descuerdo con la falta de actualizacion en sus horarios. Dicen que cierran la caseta para cancelar el permiso a las 12 a.m y estan cerrando a las 4 de la tarde. Haciendo que uno se regrese al puente 2 a cancelar. Muuuy Mal.
I strongly disagree with the lack of updating in their schedules. They say they close the booth to cancel the permit at 12 a.m. and are closing at 4 p.m. Making one go back to bridge 2 to cancel. Sooo bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En Piedras Negras, Coah. me rechazaron el certificado Salvage para obtener un permiso en un auto Fronterizo. Aquí si aceptaron ese documento, al igual que en Banjercitos de Tamaulipas. Mauricio me dió una asesoria bastante adecuada vía telefonica y personalmente. Los felicito y les agradezco.
In Piedras Negras, Coah. They rejected my Salvage certificate to get a permit in a Border car. Here they did accept that document, as in Banjercitos de Tamaulipas. Mauricio gave me quite adequate advice by phone and personally. I congratulate you and thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La persona que nos atendió para poner en pausa nuestro permiso vehicular fue amable y abrió exactamente a las 8am el ayudó en nuestro pedido pero estaría mejor con un servicio 24hrs para poder cancelar permisos todo el dia???
Tomen en cuenta que con la crisis de salud por el COVID-19 los horarios los cambiaron pero es para mi el mejor lugar para pasar la frontera hacia y desde los Estados Unidos pero de preferencia pasar de día por la inseguridad que hay saliendo de las autopistas en Nuevo Laredo es más seguro Nuevo Leon y de día??

However, after completing that step, you need to go get your money back inside the main building. That part took longer, probably an hour.
