Para realizar pagos en cajas está bien, el tiempo es decente.
Pero para otros trámites es muy confuso y desesperante, falta personal para abrir más cajas y atender de manera eficiente.
Aclaro, el problema NO es de los empleados, ellos hacen bien su trabajo, el problema es la organización del banco en general.
En mi caso saqué turno desde las 10 am, y no pasé, hasta las 4 pm ?. Y solo para sacar un estado de cuenta.
Es una pérdida de tiempo total, a menos que estés formado desde la apertura o de plano alguien saque un turno por ti.

La atención en cajas en lentisimo, entras temprano y sales porque van a cerrar, no por salir satisfecho de tu tramite
