Nadamas una pequeña recomendacion hay k tener cuidado con los asaltos.
No hay camaras de seguridad en la parte exterior en avenidas. Las k estan son obsoletas y nadamas es la pura carcasa
Solo las hay internas
De ahi en fuera todo esta bien
Es uno de los bancos mas confiables al recuperar sus creditos otorgados un 80%
They have good service
Nothing more a small recommendation there is k to be careful with the assaults.
There are no security cameras outside on avenues. The k are obsolete and nothing is the pure casing
There are only internal ones
From there on out everything is fine

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de ayer vine a las 1030 AM y había una fila enorme. No hay sombra y espere hasta las 1330 hrs., y ni así avanzaba la fila, continuaba en el mismo lugar de la fila. La atención es lenta por que a simple vista no tienen suficiente recurso humano. Ojalá pusieran atención a ese detalle los encargados o el personal ejecutivo.
Yesterday I came at 1030 AM and there was a huge line. There is no shade and I waited until 1330 hrs., And not even so the line advanced, it continued in the same place in the line. Attention is slow because at first glance they do not have enough human resources. I wish the managers or the executive staff would pay attention to that detail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, es increíble que nunca contestan el teléfono, es el único banco que no lo hace. Tuvimos una emergencia, esrábamos fuera y jamás respondieron.
Very bad service, it is incredible that they never answer the phone, it is the only bank that does not. We had an emergency, we were outside and they never responded.
