Ejemplo, hay personas de la tercera edad y no tienen la gentileza de darles prioridad o la atención que se debe. Para cualquier trámite te piden copias de tus identificaciónes cuando dicha institución debería proporcionar estén servicio, que alguien me diga q Banco hace eso????????? En fin, espero q normen su actuar y mejoren sus servicio. Ojalá la matriz tome cartas en este asunto. Pues es mi punto de vista.
