★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me dejaron ahí en el teléfono como 20 minutos y siguieron con lo suyo, platicando, después volví a marcar y sonaba como ocupado, al parecer estaba descolgado el teléfono.
They left me there on the phone for about 20 minutes and continued with their business, talking, then I dialed again and it sounded like busy, apparently the phone was off the hook.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace 2 semanas solicité mi código de activación para la banca x celular banjecel, tardaron en enviarla 11 días y la recibí hasta que reclamé el no haberla recibido. ahora me es imposible usar tanto el Banjecel Básico como Banjecel. Cada vez más difícil usar las aplicaciones de Banjército, tampoco puedo acceder por Banjenet.
2 weeks ago I requested my activation code for banking x mobile banking, it took 11 days to send it and I received it until I claimed not to have received it. Now it is impossible for me to use both the Basic Banjecel and Banjecel. It is increasingly difficult to use the applications of Banjuerra, nor can I access through Banjenet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio!! 2 hrs formado para que te digan que tu tarjeta aun no llega, regresas a la semana sig. y despues de otras 2 hrs formado la señorita Brenda Flor Muñoz Silva caja 6 se pone a saludar a un general y se sale al baño para recibir regalos mientras toda la fila esperando mas de 2 hrs. Lastima que hayan metido un banco, todo era mejor cuando habia pagador, ahi si era un buen trato y sin filas!!!
Terrible service!! 2 hrs formed to tell you that your card has not yet arrived, you return the next week. and after another 2 hours, Miss Brenda Flor Muñoz Silva box 6 starts to greet a general and goes to the bathroom to receive gifts while the whole line waits for more than 2 hours. Too bad they have put a bank, everything was better when there was a payor, there it was a good deal and no lines!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay muy pocos trabajadores para los clientes que llegan, sin embargo el personal que labora realiza todo lo que está a su alcance para cumplir cabalmente sus obligaciones, aunque se les nota que están sujetos a un ambiente de estrés que puede afectar gravemente su salud. Ojalá se les autorice más personal ya que hay ocasiones en que los clientes tenemos que esperar por una hora para ser bien atendidos.
There are very few workers for the clients who arrive, however the personnel who work do everything in their power to fully comply with their obligations, although it is noted that they are subject to a stressful environment that can seriously affect their health. Hopefully more staff are authorized since there are times when customers have to wait for an hour to be well served.
