★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No contestan el teléfono, siempre hay una sola persona en escritorio y si llega a haber 2 estan platicando, para un simple trámite de imprimir una hoja uno se tarda hasta 3 horas en la fila esperando y no dan mas opciones para agilizar tramites.
 They do not answer the phone, there is always only one person at the desk and if there are 2 they are talking, for a simple procedure of printing a sheet one takes up to 3 hours in line waiting and they do not give more options to streamline procedures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un muy mal servicio las ejecutivas son muy lentas y no separan los asuntos que uno acude a tratar. Para recoger una tarjeta plástica hay que esperar más de 4 horas. Y en general es un banco muy malo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si no eres capitán, coronel o General olvídate de recibir buen servicio o incluso buen trato, tengo entendió que la mayoría de empleados son hijos de militares de rango y saben perfectamente el "trato" que se le debe dar a la tropa. No lo disimulan ni tantito. Asco de banco.
If you are not a captain, colonel or general, forget about receiving good service or even good treatment, I have understood that most of the employees are sons of high-ranking military personnel and they know perfectly well the "treatment" that should be given to the troops. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La gente siempre llega con prisa y quiere que se les atienda al momento, empiezan a comparar con otras sucursales. Pero no ven que solo es una sucursal, tiene 5 empleados actualmente, no se alcanza a cubrir la demanda, inclusive los de irapuato prefieren llegar a Qro que acudir a su sucursal. La gente empieza a llegar casi a las 3 de la tarde para aperturar cuentas, prestamos y luego salen enojadas por que no se los autorizaron, llegan a reclamar que estan en el sol, cuando se esta cumpliendo un protocoló de sana distancia. En pocas palabras nunca se van agusto, los ejecutivos hacen su trabajo bien, un consejo sería llega sin prisa, que nadie tiene la culpa que lleves prisa.

In short, they never leave at ease, executives do their job well, advice would come slowly, no one is to blame for being in a hurry.
