They lack a greater plantation in customer service, an adequate organization and have a person who can answer the phone or take it away since they never answer a call.

Fuí a recoger una tarjeta estuve esperando por cuatro horas para que al final como las 14:30 horas se cayó el sistema perdí todo el día no octuve la tarjeta deja mucho que desear el servicio desde la gerencia hasta el último empleado ojalá se aga algo para mejorar. Terrible service at the Manzanillo col. I went to pick up a card I was waiting for four hours so that at the end, around 2:30 p.m., the system went down I lost all day I did not have the card leaves much to be desired the service from the management to the last employee, I hope something is available for to get better.

Me han desayudado. 1 hour and a half waiting for the sun in the street with only 4 people in front of me to give me wrong information about a very important procedure that I had to do. I have had breakfast.
