★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente no entiendo por qué tardan muchísimo en atención a sus clientes, deberían de eficientar su servicio, institución bancaria enfocada a los miembros de las fuerzas armadas, quizás podrian contratar más personal para poder atender la demanda de las personas que acuden a realizar cualquier trámite, muy deficiente para la época en la que nos encontramos.
I do not really understand why they take a lot of attention to their clients, they should make their service more efficient, a banking institution focused on members of the armed forces, perhaps they could hire more staff to meet the demand of people who come to perform any procedure, very deficient for the time in which we find ourselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy baja calidad de servicio, desde las 8 am formados afuera, tres de la tarde y recién van saliendo y con trámites pendientes, las señoras que trabajan ahí muy forzadas , no hay calidad de atención al cliente, les falta profesionalismo y capacitación, para tramites urgentes , es lo único que hay , lástima sea una sucursal banjercito regional, con atención para el gerente

The service is lousy, they don't know how to talk with the staff and so far it's the longest banjercito I've been to.... If they could give 0 stars I would give them because they are well earned
