★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No ofrecen buen servicio, no informan los horarios de atención, reciben con mala actitud falta organizar los horarios y extenderlos, con respecto a ciertas operaciones que se requieren, no hay completa disponibilidad. Espero y mejoren ese servicio. Ya que no hay otra sucursal donde acudir.
 They do not offer good service, they do not inform the hours of attention, they receive with bad attitude they lack to organize the schedules and to extend them, with respect to certain operations that are required, there is not complete availability. I hope and improve that service. Since there is no other branch where to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La ineptitud de este banco es increíble .. te ofrecen un servicio como western union que no pueden cubrir y las trabajadoras mulas asta la madre si no les gusta su trabajo que hacen ahí...si tuviera la opción de no poner estrellas lo aria ... decepción que recibes mejor trato y servicio en Estados unidos que en tu propio país ......
The ineptitude of this bank is incredible ... they offer you a service like western union that they cannot cover and the mule workers up to the mother if they don't like their work that they do there ... if I had the option of not putting stars on it. .. disappointment that you receive better treatment and service in the United States than in your own country ......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada me sale bien, no me regresaron la parte proporcional del seguro que me cobran de un préstamo pagado con mucha anticipación.
En Bancomer automáticamente te regresan la parte proporcional, y en Banorte de lo quedan. Es un robo.
Nothing works out for me, they did not return the proportional part of the insurance that they charge me for a loan paid well in advance.
In Bancomer they automatically return the proportional part, and in Banorte they remain. It's a theft.
