★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada recomendable.....pèsima atenciòn de los ejecutivos, prefieren poner peros y pedirte que vengas al otro dìa, porque estàn màs pendientes de su hora de salida, creo no tienen bonos por tratar a los clientes, por eso son tan insìpidos.....mientras cobren su sueldito mensual, pues estàn conformes......todos unos chairos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OJO! EN ESTA SUCURSAL HAN ASALTADO A 2 CLIENTES DESPUÉS DE SALIR DE ELLA!!! LOS LADRONES LOS HAN SEGUIDO CALLES ADELANTE Y LES HAN QUITADO MONTOS CONSIDERABLES A LOS CLIENTES. ES INFORMACIÓN QUE HA SALIDO EN MEDIOS DE INFORMACIÓN LOCALES Y ES DE DOMINIO PÚBLICO.

Son poco amables, me imagino que es por la cantidad de gente que tiene esta sucursal, especialmente la primera caja donde atiende una srita. Morenita, chaparrita de cabello rojizo y lacio que es muy prepotente, una verdadera MULITA diría mi abuelita. Ésta persona al ver que mi credencial de elector era del estado de Quintana Roo me pidió que la cambiara o entregara una identificación local, a lo cual me negué, ya que un retiro de dinero no es razón suficiente y la credencial para votar es válida en todo el país, noté cierta molestia en su semblante. Posteriormente, otro día, en un segundo retiro al ver que me iba acercando a la ventanilla inmediatamente sonó la alarma para llamar a otro cliente, pregunté el porqué de la situación y argumentó que me había tardado mucho y que tendría que esperar hasta que tuviera ganas y se dignara a atenderme. Tuve que esperar ahí enfrente de toda la gente a que pasara el cliente de la otra caja y ahí si me atendió amablemente el otro cajero.
Ponen pocos cajeros, 2 cajas en servicio generalmente, sin importar tengan una cantidad grande de clientes en espera. En los escritorios difícilmente sonríen y el que si es amable es el vigilante de la entrada, pero en general su aspecto es de caras largas, mala atención, y cada vez que sé que tengo que ir a esa sucursal la sensación es de pesadumbre. Ojala ésta opinión ayude a mejorar la atención a sus clientes.
