Terrible Banorte branch, bad service, they don't solve anything for you, inefficient, they don't know their products and the staff is poorly trained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención, tardan como en todo banco. Suficientes cajeros automáticos. Abren sábados y hay más de un Ejecutivo atendiendo. Y me tocó en sábado dos cajeros atendiendo. En general buena experiencia.
Good service, they take their time like any other Bank. Enough cash machines. They open on saturdays and there is more than one executive on saturday. And two cashiers attending on saturday. Overall a good experiencia.
