Pesimo servicio!!!!!! Super molesto, no es personal calificado, no atienden y a parte groseras desde las cajeras hasta las ejecutivas, sin uniforme, platicando todo el tiempo, no están en lo que deben, no tienen profesionalismo. Les Suguiero que a los que vengan aquí mejor vallan a Toluca creo que terminan más rápido.
Terrible service!!!!!! De 5 veces que he visitado 3 veces el personal menciona que No hay sistema, o que esta fallando el sistema, dan la espera de turno y bueno es molesto ver solo 2 cajeros operando, 1 Ejecutivo para cuentas, paso a ventanilla 2 y la señora, que por cierto no da ni un saludo a sus clientes, no tiene a la vista nombre, solo te pregunta que va a realizar, y en el transcurso de la operacion, solo esta platicando con sus dos compañeras y por cierto ella atiende 1 cliente y la de su mano derecha 3 clientes. Creo vengo por un servicio y seria bueno mejorar la atención, rapidez y amabilidad de su personal.

Sigue de mal en peor la atención, no es posible que con 3 cajeras, se tarden más de 10 minutos en promedio por persona ( considerando sus descansos que se toman) Si solo es hacer un depositos ?? Como ellas están adentro y no afuera tomando el rico sol.

Es verdad que requieres tiempo para hacer un trámite aquí, la atención si es muy lenta pero el personal es amable y hay menos afluencia que en otros bancos. Hay que ser pacientes y atender las medidas al interior. Como consejo, activen y usen la aplicación móvil, les ahorra tiempo y visitas a la sucursal.
