★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 30 minutos para pasar, cuando sólo había un turno para asesoría adelante de mí, otros 30 minutos para intentar dar de alta un usuario y poder consultar mis estados de cuenta y no me ayudaron, me mandaron a la supuesta sucrusal donde aperturé mi cuenta, cuando la aperturé por teléfono y me mandaron mi tarjeta, al final ni siquiera supo decirme en dónde estaba la supuesta sucursal donde aperturé mi cuenta
