★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está sucursal discrimina a los extranjeros. Quise abrir una cuenta como residente permanente y me dijeron que por ser extranjera NO podía abrir una cuenta. No me quedé conforme, y fui a otra sucursal y me dijeron que eso era mentira y que con gusto me abriría una cuenta, y así fue. Banorte sucursal Caucel es un desastre . Ayer fui a hacer unos pagos y solo había una persona atendiendo . Tuve que esperar una hora. Una vergüenza en todo sentido. Les recomiendo que vayan a la sucursal Plaza dorada. El que está en Santa Fe Caucel lo deberían cerrar.
This branch discriminates against foreigners. I wanted to open an account as a permanent resident and they told me that as a foreigner I could NOT open an account. I was not satisfied, and I went to another branch and they told me that this was a lie and that I would gladly open an account, and it was. Banorte Caucel branch is a disaster. Yesterday I went to make some payments and there was only one person attending. I had to wait an hour. A disgrace in every way. I recommend that you go to the Plaza Dorada branch. The one in Santa Fe Caucel should be closed.
