★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuatro estrellas solo para ATM. Ya tiene 4 cajeros así que ya no hay que esperar en fila como antes. Solo espero que no tengas que entrar a la sucursal pues tiene de la la peor atención y así esté vacío, siempre te hacen esperar.
Four stars only for ATM. It already has 4 ATMs so there is no need to wait in line as before. I just hope you do not have to enter the branch because it has the worst attention and so be empty, always make you wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es pésimo banco. Los de la línea de atención telefónica te dicen cosas distintas a los de las sucursales. Cuando era IXE era bueno. En realidad es un mal necesario. No me extraña dado el pedigree de los dueños del banco.
It is a lousy bank. Those on the telephone support line tell you different things from those in the branches. When I was IXE it was good. It is really a necessary evil. No wonder given the pedigree of the bank owners.

Terrible customer service, they lose documents and refuse to do paperwork. The manager keeps scolding everyone, clients and workers.
