★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el servicio, por ser cliente para realizar un tramite con los ejecutivos sería de suponer que sería mas rápido, error grave, solo veía pasar a que personas que llegaron mucho después que yo a tomar ficha, espere una hora donde lo único que conseguí es que me dijeran que el tramite que requería, tardaba una hora mas en autorizarse y si quería que fuera mas rápido debía ir a mi sucursal matriz.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abren tarde 10 AM y no dan soluciones a tus problemas siempre se excusan diciendo que el trámite lo tienes que hacer en tu sucursal matriz

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dar de baja una tarjeta que ya no usas es un verdadero infierno, y más si la tienes porque en un trabajo te la dieron sin preguntar.
Si no haces todos los trámites que te piden me dijeron que te ponen en buró de crédito. Aún cuando la tarjeta ya está en ceros y dada de baja tienes que realizar otros trámites.
To unsubscribe a card that you no longer use is a real hell, and even more so if you have it because in a job they gave it to you without asking.
If you don't do all the paperwork they ask, they told me they put you on a credit bureau. Even when the card is already zeros and unsubscribed you have to carry out other procedures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo más de un mes esperando a que me regresen un cheque!!!! No han sido capaces de decirme la razón por la cual lo rechazaron!!!! Los ejecutivos poco profesionales, burlones e incapaces e de darme una solución. Mi experiencia ha sido de lo peor!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mayoria de los funcionarios de esta sucursal son déspotas, majaderos, muy mala actitud, ineptos para resolver el problema más mínimo, no quieren trabajar!. Las veces que he ido ha sido necesario buscar apoyo del recepcionista, escalarlos con el gerente o llamando a Banortel. En esta sucursal en particular, hasta el momento y hasta donde conozco porque mis trámites los hago en la mañana, los únicos que se quitan el sombrero para atender bien y resolver problemas y de buena actitud son el gerente de la mañana (no se si sea el mismo en la tarde) y el recepcionista.
Most of the officials of this branch are despots, fools, very bad attitude, inept to solve the smallest problem, they don't want to work! The times I have been there it has been necessary to seek support from the receptionist, escalate them with the manager or by calling Banortel. At this particular branch, so far and as far as I know because I do my paperwork in the morning, the only ones who take their hats off to attend well and solve problems and with a good attitude are the morning manager (I don't know if it is the same in the afternoon) and the receptionist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una burla en el servicio sabatino, tienen muchísima gente y solo una persona en cajas y una persona como ejecutivo, me presente a las 12pm para una reposición de tarjeta y salí una hora y media después. No hay orden para ser atendido por el ejecutivo y el personal super lento.
