★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio del gerente y de ejecutivos, me engañaron y jamás me resolvieron mi problema. Como es posible que entreguen mal un estado de cuenta y no se den cuenta que me dejaron en ceros mi cuenta, un asco de servicio, por no comentar que pienso que pudieron ser cómplices.
 Terrible service from the manager and executives, they tricked me and never solved my problem. As it is possible that they give a bad account statement and do not realize that my account, a disgust of service, left me in zeroes, for not commenting that I think they could be complicit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pasar a ventanilla es un horror pues tarde 1 hora solo para un pago de servicio, lo único que rescato es la amable atención de una ejecutiva en la entrada quién es la que procura agilizar la enorme fila, muy amable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy saliendo de la sucursal dos cuadras más adelante me asaltaron para variar el asaltante sabía que mi hijo llevaba el dinero y cuánto llevaba yo pienso que están de acuerdo con los cajeros me regresé a la sucursal a reclamar al cajero que me atendió y extraña mente ya no estaba pedí hablar con el gerente y no me quiso atender nadie me quiso dar información de el cajero tengan mucho cuidado al acudir a esa sucursal ..ya acudi a poner mi denuncia
