The worst turn-based waiting system I've ever seen, more than two hours to advance 10 shifts and most of the time there are one or two ATMs in operation, with four boxes, terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La falta conocimiento del personal de servicio a clientes deja mucho que desear. Sugiero los entrenen mejor ya que no pueden ni ayudarte a dar de baja tu banorte movil cuando cambias de telefono y si te roban no pueden ayudarte en nada solo te dan un telefono para que reportes..
The lack of knowledge of the customer service staff leaves much to be desired. I suggest they train them better since they can't even help you cancel your mobile phone when you change your phone and if they rob you they can't help you at all, they just give you a phone number to report on.
