Poor customer service, ATMs "in maintenance" or "supplying" most of the time, at checkouts and management lack of criteria to authorize a "minor" withdrawal when these cases occur

Se tardaron una hora y no me resolvieron darme de baja, llegó una chica y le quisieron poner antibacterial en las manos porque es alérgica y no le permitían el paso por este motivo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusta esa sucursal porque normalmente no hay gente. Pero por lo mismo solo hay 1 ventanilla y 1 ejecutivo en escritorio trabajando, entonces si la persona antes que tú tarda en su trámite, te toca esperar todo ese tiempo.
Así me pasó ayer. Esperé un largo rato y cuando fue mi turno, el ejecutivo no lo pudo resolver y tuvo que marcar al número de Banorte donde esperamos otro largo rato.
Al final del día, tras 2 horas y media de 3 pendientes solo pude resolver 1.
I like that branch because there are usually no people. But for the same reason there is only 1 window and 1 executive at the desk working, so if the person before you takes a long time, you have to wait all that time.
That's what happened to me yesterday. I waited a long time and when it was my turn, the executive couldn't solve it and had to dial Banorte's number where we waited another long time.
At the end of the day, after 2 and a half hours of 3 pending issues, I was only able to solve 1.
