★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una sucursal bastante nefasta los ejecutivos son unos despojas y huevones aunque no estén haciendo nada no atienden a las personas y todavía te dicen que espere turno he estafo más de 5 ocaciones osra tararear de hacer un trámite y no he podido y en cada ocasión e esperado más de 2 horas deberían mandar personal apto y capacitado por que está sucursal es la perro a la que e estado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio no sirve de nada que este abierto los sábados el personal es grosero, el de seguridad un incompetente que a todo dice no, te fiscaliza tu celular, me veía como si yo quisiera hacerle algo al banco. MUY MAL NO SIRVE DE NADA QUE ABRAN EN SÁBADO los ejecutivos no tienen ni impresora para hacer tramites, no te orientan porque no tienen sistema. Muy malo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si vas a pagar algún servicio, luz, teléfono, predio, y no eres cliente banorte, no vallas, te harán esperar más de una hora, pues tienen una pinche maquinita que da los turnos y te pregunta si eres cliente o no, dependiendo de tu respuesta te dará un papelito, con el cual dará preferencia a sus clientes, y te dejará al último así allá llegado una hora antes, a mucho ojo con los empleados que están en la puerta, entran y salen a cada rato de la sucursal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuenta con cuatro cajeros y me parece una zona bastante segura para sacar tu dinero en un horario común. Está limpio y las veces que he necesitado ayuda el personal es amable y respetuoso. Tal vez te puedan incomodar un poco las personas de la calle que venden cosas pero no hay casos de asaltos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio de los cajeros aunque teniendo cuatro módulos solo hay dos cajeros o aún algunas ocasiones 3 ya que es una sucursal donde los capacitan.
No demora mucha la at nación ya que son muy rápidos en lo que hacen días antes de la quincena hay mucha gente ya que van a cobrar los empleado de la facultad de música de la UNAM así que toma tus precauciones.
