★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención me tuvieron 1:30 esperándolo para decirme que no me pueden reponer mi tarjeta de nómina. Llevaba mi pasaporte y cédula profesional. Hoy no estaba la gerente y la mujer que estaba encargada es una pelada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He leído todos los comentarios que aparecen aquí y es verdad hoy 1/07/20 que estoy en esta sucursal se tardan demaciado en brir y además la gente del banco está adentro quitados de la pena, mientras mucha gente está afuera queriendo hacer sus depósitos y etc, de verdad que es la peor sucursal de banorte que he podido ver.
I have read all the comments that appear here and it is true today 1/07/20 that I am at this branch, they take too long to get out and also the people from the bank are in pain, while many people are out wanting to make their deposits and etc, it really is the worst banorte branch I have ever seen.

Muy lento.
Hay un "filtro" que no resuelve como en otros bancos.
Vine solamente a recoger una tarjeta que ya estaba tramitada y tardaron 35 minutos en atenderme a las 11 am de un miércoles.
Voy a evitar a toda costa regresar.
Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudi a la sucursal dejandome llevar por los buenos comentarios que estaban escritos, pero la verdad no me gusto el trato que me dieron, si pareciera que te hacen un favor al atenderte, y he leído tantos malos comentarios de la tarjeta de credito banorte que ahora ya no se si quiero continuar con ella.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy estuve por esa Sucursal para ser atendida por un Ejecutivo, me extrañó que no hubiera casi gente como en otras Sucursales. Pero la persona que me atendió el C. Enrique Bracamontes, fue atento servicial, amable, cortes.
En la Sucursal sigue los protocolos de Higiene y Sana Distancia que señala la nueva "normalidad"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con la situación de la pandemia debes sacar turno ya sea para el área de cajas, ejecutivo o tu estado de cuenta, por medio de whats app y estar muy cerca de la sucursal para evitar perder tu turno y volver a realizar una nueva operación.
Hace más de un mes que hay un host que elevó el servicio al cliente en esa sucursal, un joven con paciencia para atender a los adultos mayores, es inclusivo a todos responde dudas, orienta y recibe con gusto a los clientes.
El área de cajas es su punto más débil aveces se denota apatía.
Realmente mejoraron un 90% su atención tanto en el trato como el tiempo de espera para ser atendidos!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has instructions in English and Spanish. Enclosed with a door....I guess this is safer? I used it in the morning with no problem, but walked past it in the afternoon and there was a line stretching out to the street.
