The treatment and speed within the bank is excellent, and speaking of the ATMs right there, they are the only ones who will always have money, compared to downtown or transit banorte

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Están robando a la gente que tiene tarjeta del Bienestar, cuando uno llega le piden a la gente su NIP y luego lo manda a uno a fuera a un cajero dónde ya anteriormente habían retirado el dinero, están estafando los del mismo banco a la gente por la discapacidad que tienen
They are stealing from people who have a Welfare card, when you arrive they ask people for their PIN and then they send you out to an ATM where they had previously withdrawn the money, they are scamming people from the same bank for the disability they have

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca tienen dinero sus cajeros automáticos, lo cual es lamentable porque es la única sucursal a la redonda. Los tienen en mal estado y en esas condiciones siempre me ha dado desconfianza retirar dinero. Esto no es nuevo: llevan así todo un año.
Their ATMs never have money, which is unfortunate because it is the only branch around. They have them in poor condition and in those conditions I have always been suspicious of withdrawing money. This is not new: they have been like this for a year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En los días con poca gente te atienden de inmediato. La atención es buena y la sucursal tiene aire acondicionado, lo cual hace la espera más agradable, sin embargo, no cuenta con las elegantes pantallas de turnos automáticos con las que cuenta la sucursal del centro de la ciudad.
En los días más ocupados, los tiempos de espera pueden ser abrumadores.
On days with few people they attend you immediately. The service is good and the branch has air conditioning, which makes the wait more pleasant, however, it does not have the elegant automatic shift screens that the city center branch has.
On busier days, waiting times can be overwhelming.
