★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No pierdas el tiempo aquí, en mi caso... perdí 1 hora para que no me resolvieran un problema de 20 minutos en otra sucursal. Son ineficientes, arrogantes y desconocen las políticas del banco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudi a la sucursal para hacer la activacion de mi token celular, aunque soy cliente obtuve una pesima atención, estuve mas de 1 hora esperando y no resolvieron mi problema. NO RECOMIENDO ESTA SUCURSAL, son poco profesionales!!!

Tuvimos que llamar a banortel y cuando terminamos literalmente todos los ejecutivos se habían ido ¿dónde esta la atención al cliente ?
Mejor digan que ya no quieren trabajar ????
