★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor banco de Banorte en Xalapa, solo funciona una caja normalmente, pueden tener lleno y si tienes suerte en dos horas puedes pasar a caja en ventanilla. Pésimo servicio, nunca tiene el personal completo.
The worst bank in Banorte in Xalapa, only works one box normally, they can have full and if you are lucky in two hours you can go to the cashier. Terrible service, never has the full staff.
