★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está bajando demasiado la calidad del servicio! Sobre todo de los ejecutivos, al llamar nunca contestan, no te resuelven dudas sobre créditos hipotecarios u opciones. Yo estaba muy contento con este banco hasta hace poco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por el trato que me dieron ayer no merece ni una estrella en este Banco categorizan a las personas y dependiendo de esto es como le atienden. Eso se llama discriminación. Desde el soldado que tienen en la entrada que te trata como delincuente hasta los ejecutivos que están desocupados o se salen y no te atienden porque depende de lo rentable que seas te dan turno. Estuve una hora y pasaba todo mundo hasta que pregunté y me dijeron que dependía de la rentabilidad del cliente. Me vine muy triste, pero en el banco de mexicanos tratan con el pie a los mexicanos, claro que si tienes dinero es otro cantar.
Because of the treatment they gave me yesterday, they don't deserve a star in this Bank, they categorize people and depending on this is how they serve you. That is called discrimination. From the soldier they have at the entrance that treats you as a criminal to executives who are unemployed or leave and do not attend to you because it depends on how profitable you are they give you a turn. I was there for an hour and everyone passed by until I asked and they told me that it depended on customer profitability. I was very sad, but in the Mexican bank they treat the Mexicans with their feet, of course if you have money it is another song.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, los ejecutivos se ocupan en el teléfono y papeleo y el usuario en último lugar, luego cuando al fin me atienden no me da el servicio completo, si no me asesoran por teléfono aquí no hacen nada, llevo dos horas y nada si puediera poner menos cien estrellas lo haría. Ya pasó media hora más y seguimos sin ejecutivos
