D	Daniela Cruz Mota on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abrí mi primer cuenta de ahorro en este banco, la idea era mantener mi dinero a salvo y generar un poco de intereses, al cabo de unos meses me hicieron cargos que yo no reconocía y además me cobraban comisiones absurdas por manejo de cuenta, al punto que las comisiones sobrepasaban los mediocres intereses que generaba la cuenta, me cansé de estar yendo a esta sucursal para que me dieran soluciones. Las personas que trabajan ahí son prepotentes y no solucionan nada, en especial la sugerente llamada Karina (no me quiso dar su apellido) la cual es muy déspota y me cobró hasta por imprimir los estados de cuenta que necesitaba para hacer la aclaración con CONDUSEF. Al final terminé con mucho menos dinero del que había invertido, perdi mi tiempo y nunca recuperé mi dinero. Me llevo una mala experiencia de este banco, jamás se lo recomendaría a nadie. Ahora estoy con Citibanamex y me parece buena opción. In the end I ended up with a lot less money than I had invested, I wasted my time and I never got my money back. I have a bad experience with this bank, I would never recommend it to anyone. Now I am with Citibanamex and it seems like a good option.

Cero organización para evitar entrar tantos a la sucursal yo conté las sillas y eran 15 llenas más los empleados y los ejecutivos y las personas que están con los ejecutivos son muchísimas personas en el mismo espacio reducido.
