★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta Sucursal requiere URGENTEMENTE un Cambio de Gerente y personal, ya que son despotas, burlones, sínicos y flojos para trabajar, será un buen banco pero si el personal no te atiende bien mancha la reputación del mismo. Así que si requieres de hacer algún trámite es mejor acudir a otra sucursal aunque este más lejos.
This Branch URGENTLY requires a Change of Manager and staff, since they are despotic, mocking, sinic and lazy to work, it will be a good bank but if the staff does not take good care of you, it will tarnish its reputation. So if you need to do a procedure it is better to go to another branch even if it is further away.

No te pueden hacer un simple trámite o solucionarte un problema sin pedirte toda una documentación inútil y llena de restricciones
De verdad, es un servicio horrible y las personas que te atienden te tratan muy mal

They cannot do a simple procedure or solve a problem without asking you for all the useless documentation full of restrictions

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para no perder tiempo cada que vayan siempre lleven mínimo 3 copias de todos sus documentos (acta de nacimiento, curp, Ine, comprobante de domicilio) ara evitar estar dando vueltas a lo tonto
