 Terrible service. You talk to them on the phone and they hang up when you answer. They then put it on a fax tone.

I know from a very good source that this surcusal your employees falsify signatures to open accounts and credit cards carefully when they give them copies of the ife or passport what they need to do it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor banco en servicio a cliente que he ido. Atienden lentisimo. Nunca hay ejecutivos disponibles. Mínimo ( muy mínimo) te tardas media hora.
The worst bank in customer service I've been to. They attend lentisimo. There are never executives available. Minimum (very minimum) you take half an hour.
