OPINIÓN ANTERIOR (Tienen bastante tiempo, desde que comenzaron a remodelar, que los cajeros continuamente estan fuera de servicio)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sucursal no atiende en sábados y en la página tienen como horario de atención normal, sacando turno vía digital te lo dan aunque no atiendan, deberían de actualizar esos horarios de atencion

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tienen a la gente formada en el sol, dejan pasar de 1 persona, hay muchas personas en escritorio y solo dos cajeros, están bien las medidas de no aglomeraciones pero en mi punto de vista, también debieron tomar medidas de más gente en caja para poder atender de manera más rápida a los cuentahabientes.
Terrible service, they have people trained in the sun, they let more than 1 person go, there are many people at the desk and only two ATMs, the measures of non-crowds are fine but in my point of view, they should also have taken measures of more people in box to be able to serve account holders more quickly.

Le pides a otro empleado que te apoye a configurar la aplicación Banorte móvil, la cuál es sumamente engorrosa y te dicen que lo hagas tú.
Arrepentido de tener cuenta con ellos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay un banorte en mi localidad por lo que tengo que trasportarme a Irapuato y resulta que no pueden meterse a editar un simple dato que son horarios de atención, si no abren en sábado porque no se meten a editar la información, no les toma más de 2 minutos.
There isn't a banorte in my town so I have to travel to Irapuato and it turns out that they can't get in to edit a simple piece of information that is business hours, if they don't open on Saturday because they don't get in to edit the information, it won't take them any longer of 2 minutes.
