★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deben hacer algo para mejorar su sistema de asignación de turnos. Una hora para atención con ejecutivo aun y cuando era un diá tranquilo y sin mucha gente. Y como dicen en otro comentario: Si no eres cliente, el tiempo de espera se multiplica exageradamente.
Eso si, una vez logras que llegue tu turno, la atención de los ejecutivos y cajeros es excelente.
They must do something to improve their shift allocation system. An hour for executive attention even though it was a quiet day without many people. And as they say in another comment: If you are not a customer, the waiting time multiplies excessively.
