★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio. Un "ejecutivo" de escritorio en cuanto le dije el trámite que realizaría se puso ofensivo, se nota que no le importa perder un cliente.
Les sugiero no utilicen este banco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sin duda y como todo el mundo lo dice. Se tardan años en atender siempre te atienden de mala gana los ejecutivos, quizás lo único bueno que tenga es que en las cajas el servicio aparentemente es rápido

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre hay uno o dos cajeros funcionando o con efectivo y los otros dos generalmente no sirven. Lo cual ocasiona grandes filas en días de pago de nómina sobre todo.
Los ejecutivos no te atendien con cordialidad y no resuelven tus dudas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal como todo Banorte al APERTURAR una cuenta de ahorro te piden 5000 y no 3000 como lo marca su página y cuando es portabilidad de nomina te piden hasya carta poder de tu cuenta y es en todos los Banorte apartir de hoy decidí cancelar mis 3 productos con ellos y me cambio a banregio
Bad like all Banorte when OPENING a savings account they ask you for 5000 and not 3000 as their page indicates and when it is payroll portability they ask you to have a power of attorney for your account and it is in all Banorte from today I decided to cancel my 3 products with them and I change to banregio
