 It's 8:10 a.m. and they still haven't opened, even though the app, maps and other applications supposedly operate from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención regular. Fui a abrir una cuenta y el ejecutivo que me atendió parece q hacia las cosas de mala gana. A lado mío había otra ejecutiva atendiendo a otra persona haciendo el mismo movimiento que yo y le ayudaba en todo le preguntaba si tenía alguna duda o algo, cuestión que en mi caso no fue así.
Deberían capacitar más a su personal en atención al cliente.
Regular care. I went to open an account and the executive who attended me seems to do things reluctantly. Next to me there was another executive attending another person making the same movement as me and helping him with everything, asking him if he had any questions or something, which in my case was not the case.
They should train their staff more in customer service.
