Muy mal servicio a clientes fuera del pais, estuve llamando durante tres dias por un problema referente a mi tarjeta de debito y no hubo respuesta. Cuando la hubo no existía la solución y su respuesta fue "No podemos ayudarte por que no existe solución"

Si vas ve con muchísimo tiempo, cada que vengo tardo de 40 a 50 minutos, los cajeros no están bien capacitados tardan demasiado y solo hay 2 disponibles, es un pésimo servicio

Del asco el servicio de Banorte y de esa sucursal,se pierde muchísisimo tiempo,no se merecen ni media estrella, para hacer un depósito tardar más de una hora esperando por no ser cliente,una mentada para quienes hacen su logística tan chafa!!!!

Muy mala atención, el personal no tiene actitud de servir, fui a solicitar una reposición de tarjeta, pero como la cuenta la abrí en Monterrey, argumentan no poderme dar mi reposición por que no autorizo la sucursal origen, no puedo creer que en estos tiempos tan globalizados y con acceso inmediato vía una red o internet, sean tan poco creativos para dar un servicio tan simple, lo único que me queda es cerrar mi cuenta. Espero este mensaje lo vea un Directivo de Banorte y haga algo diferente.

Pésima atención el personal de ejecutivos se tardan para atender creo no están capacitados para ser lo que dicen ser, se andan preguntando uno a otro y se la agarran platicando, para hacer un trámite se tardan 1 hora, pesima la atención de la ejecutiva 5 es de la gente peor que te puede atender y la gerencia ni sus luces. Resuelvan este problema y pongan gente capacitada y no flojos que no sirven para nada.

Hemos ido 3 días y ni siquiera no han atendido en tooodo el tiempo que esperamos. Fuimos a otras sucursales y nos negaron el servicio porque supuestamente su sistema no reconoce la identidad. Pésimo No se merecen ni una estrella

Fui cliente de IXE y por desgracia, y sin consultarme, acabe siendo asignado a esta sucursal de Banorte donde recientemente tuve que ir. En la entrada claramente establece que el estacionamiento es exclusivo para clientes por lo que hice uso del mismo. Después de tener que esperar 25 minutos a que apareciera la persona encargada de entregarme mis chequeras trate de salir y me encontré que un automovil obstruía mi salida. Solicite localizaran al dueño y después de 45 minutos finalmente me confesaron que era el auto del director de Banorte de Palmas un tal Alejandro Neri quien no dejo las llaves y que ya se habían comunicado con el para que lo moviera. Una hora y media después (a las 14:55 horas) solicite hablar con el director (Joaquin Garcia) quien no me pudo atender por que estaba tomando su lunch. Para ese entonces yo había perdido una comida de negocios. Luego se apareció para decirme cinicamente que entendía mi molestia y que estaba de mi lado pero que no localizaban al Sr. Neri. La platica se torno agresiva por lo que envío a que localizaran a al Sr. Neri y en 15 minutos llegaron con las llaves para mover el auto. En conclusión, la filosofía de esta sucursal es que son más importantes y van primero el director, sus empleados y cuates de la empresa y el cliente que se friegue. Pobre futuro le espera al disque "Banco más grande de México".
