★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio se negaron a pagarme un cheque por no traer mn y en la sucursal que esta a una cuadra me atendieron sin problemas.
Bad service they refused to pay me a check for not bringing mn and at the branch that is one block away they treated me without problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy(2:30pm) acudí a la sucursal y la verdad me llevé una mala experiencia, pues las señoritas, tanto la de la caja 1 como la que se supone debería tomar la temperatura o dar el gel(que ni eso hacen) son muy groseras y prepotentes la verdad que mal que por la situación que estamos pasando la calidad al cliente tendría que ser excelente y cuidar a sus clientes ??☹
Today (2:30 pm) I went to the branch and the truth was I had a bad experience, because the ladies, both the one in box 1 and the one that is supposed to take the temperature or give the gel (they don't even do that ) They are very rude and arrogant, the truth is that badly because of the situation that we are passing on, the quality to the client would have to be excellent and take care of their clients ??☹

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sucursal con buena ubicación dentro de la plaza. Siempre hay poca gente. Y los ejecutivos te atienden muy bien. Solo tiene un cajero y una caja, pero el trato es amable.
El estacionamiento es el de la plaza, y si andas por aqui puedes aprovechar.
Branch with good location within the plaza. There are always few people. And the executives serve you very well. It only has an ATM and a box, but the treatment is friendly.
Parking is the one in the plaza, and if you walk around here you can take advantage of it.
