NO HAY INCLUSIÓN POR PARTE DE BANORTE!!!!!!
 The new cashier at the municipal seat is rubbish. I use crutches and I can't get in! AND THE PEOPLE IN WHEELCHAIRS?
THERE IS NO INCLUSION BY BANORTE !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sucursal está recién remodelada se ve muy bien pero su servicio deja mucho que desear, tienen cuatro cajas para atenderlos depósitos pero no tienen suficiente personal para tenerlas abiertas solo abren dos y si vas con prisa olvídalo tendrás que esperar ahí de 25 a 40 minutos dependiendo la cantidad de gente que haya o peor si es quincena, la persona que está en recepción mejor debería de atender una caja
The branch is recently remodeled, it looks very good but its service leaves much to be desired, they have four boxes to attend to deposits but they do not have enough staff to have them open, they only open two and if you are in a hurry, forget it, you will have to wait there for 25 to 40 minutes depending the number of people or worse if it is a fortnight, the person who is at the reception should better attend a box

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, nadie está haciendo nada y llevo una hora esperando a que cambie el turno de verdad se dicen ser el mejor banco pero no lo creó BBVA es por mucho el mejor.
Terrible attention, no one is doing anything and I have been waiting an hour for the shift to change. They really claim to be the best bank but it was not created by BBVA. It is by far the best.

Si no tienes INE vigente debes mostrar otras 2 identificaciones. Mostre pasaporte y una licencia federal pero creó no saben que es y no la hacen válida. No puedes retirar dinero, no puedes contratar banca móvil. No puedes cancelar la cuenta y retirar tu dinero, no puedes hacer nada, por falta de INE o de otras 2 identificaciones. Dicen que es por "seguridad"
Pero prometo llevarme mi cuenta y mi hipoteca a otro banco en cuanto tramite mi INE ?
I had to make a withdrawal.
If you do not have a valid INE, you must show another 2 identifications. Show passport and a federal license but created they do not know what it is and they do not make it valid. You cannot withdraw money, you cannot contract mobile banking. You cannot cancel the account and withdraw your money, you cannot do anything, due to lack of INE or 2 other identifications. They say it's for "security"
But I promise to take my account and my mortgage to another bank as soon as my INE is processed ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cada experiencia en este banco y en cualquier sucursal Banorte es pésima y demasiado lenta. Uno se queda por necesidad pero cuando puedan cambiense de banco!!
Every experience at this bank and at any Banorte branch is lousy and too slow. One stays out of necessity but when they can change banks!!
