★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde hace 2 semanas solo funciona un cajero, de 3 en total, hoy es sábado y está cerrado, en la sucursal no hay mucha gente entre semana, los viernes hay algo considerable de personas, la primera vez que necesité la atención de un ejecutivo (era una señorita) no recibí la ayuda que necesitaba, ya que mis datos estaban mal y antes que nada debia corregir esos datos, cuando regresé para hacer el trámite que en un principio quería, resultó que la señorita no había enviado la solicitud y mis datos seguían mal, afortunadamente en esta otra ocasión si me atendió alguien competente, y corrigió mis datos e hizo el trámite que necesitaba en esa misma visita, a diferencia de la otra que dijo que no podía hacer nada hasta que mis datos estuvieran bien.
Since 2 weeks ago only one ATM works, of 3 in total, today is Saturday and it is closed, in the branch there are not many people during the week, on Fridays there is something considerable of people, the first time I needed the attention of an executive ( I was a lady) I did not receive the help I needed, since my data was wrong and before I had to correct that data, when I returned to do the procedure that I originally wanted, it turned out that the lady had not sent the request and my data They were still wrong, fortunately this time if someone competent answered me, and he corrected my data and did the procedure that I needed on that same visit, unlike the other one that said that there was nothing I could do until my data was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio!! Nunca abren a las 8:30 am como está en su aviso. Los ejecutivos son muy lentos en realizar los trámites. Hasta más de hora y media se tiene que esperar para ser atendidos.
Terrible service!! They never open at 8:30 am as it is on their notice. Executives are very slow to complete the paperwork. Until more than an hour and a half you have to wait to be attended.
