★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible nuevo sistema discriminatorio de Banorte que solo atiende a los clientes que más dinero tienen, la gente debemos esperar a que cierren el banco para que dejen de entrar "clientes preferenciales" para que nos puedan atender. Y la gerente indiferente y arrogante dijo " vete a otro banco".
Banorte's horrible new discriminatory system that only serves customers who have the most money. People have to wait until the bank closes so that "preferential customers" stop entering so that they can serve us. And the indifferent and arrogant manager said "go to another bank."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio a los que no consideran "clientes" por no tener cuenta con ellos. Desde el momento que haces algun trámite en su banco ya eres cliente, tengas cuenta o nocon ellos. Se tardan mil horas en permitirte pasar a sus cajas. Es inaceptable su trato y falta ee atención. EL PEOR BANCO DE MEXICO.
Poor service to those who do not consider "customers" for not having an account with them. From the moment you do some procedure in your bank you are already a customer, whether or not you have an account. It takes a thousand hours to allow you to move to their boxes. Its treatment is unacceptable and lack of attention. THE WORST BANK IN MEXICO.
