★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ahora que lo han renovado quedo muy bien la parte de los cajeros, hay muchos y así no se hace tanta fila pero si no te gusta que te vean mientras estas ahí no lo recomiendo.

Solo tuve un problema con un cajero quien me dio instrucciones mal, ya que las seguí y al otro día el mismo cajero me atendió y me dijo que las cosas estaban mal hechas, siendo el mismo quien me dijo que así lo hiciera; afortunadamente el Gerente me atendió cortés y amablemente y resolvió el problema en menos de un minuto.
The bank is good, accessible. I only had a problem with a cashier who gave me bad instructions, since I followed them and the next day the same cashier attended to me and told me that things were wrong, being the same one who told me to do so; Fortunately, the Manager treated me courteously and kindly and resolved the problem in less than a minute.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, entras y lo primero que ves son los 4 cajeros qué hay con sus respectivos letreros “Fuera de Servicio” ingresas al área de cajas y la persona que te recibe (masculino) con una actitud déspota e indiferente, en las cajas se tardan demasiado y siempre está operando solo una… de las peores sucursales que eh utilizado.
