Mal servicio en todo la extension... 17 dias para pedir un cambio de usuario en banca mobil y resulta que piden otro tramite a la sucursal qsue me corresponde despues de 17 dias no se ha podido hacer el cambio con toda la tecnologia y seguridad que presumen... y solo por cambiar de telefono.. LOS EMPLEADOS SE RIE.. OTRO NO FUE EN ALMENOS 4 DIAS.. Y ESO QUE LA SUCURSAL ESTABA VACIA ... ME TARDE 20 MINUTOS PORQUE SOLO LA PERSONA DEL MODULO 4 ES LA QUE TRABAJABA... Personalmente no recomiendo el sistema de nomina de BANORTE .. CADA VEZ MAS PESIMO LA ATENCION... y hoy todavia no resuelvo el cambio de usuario JEJEJEJE increible la ineficiencia.

El 1 de mayo de 2019 trate de retirar dinero del ese cajero, no abrió la bandeja, no me dio mi dinero y dijo que era una transacción exitosa, marque a Banorte, me dieron un número de folio, me dijeron que en 9 días hábiles me darían respuesta, hoy 10 de mayo 2019, me dicen que el fallo es en mi contra y que no me van a dar mi dinero. CUIDADO CON ESOS CAJERO AUTOMÁTICOS BANORTE Y SU RESPONSABILIDAD.

La gente es amable y tienen una cantidad suficiente de personal en ventanilla para atender sus necesidades. El trato es eficiente y dan prioridad a personas con cuenta en el banco, aunque no así a personas con discapacidad; falta entrada para personas con silla de ruedas. Los cajeros automáticos son algo lentos y se llegan a saturar, pero funcionan bastante bien. El local se encuentra sobre una avenida principal y se puede llegar a él fácilmente en transporte público.

No hay peor sucursal q esta siempre q vengo se tardan horas en atender los enecutivos tienen 11 modulos de atencion y solo hay 2 ejecutivos la sucursal siempre esta llena de gente y vacia de empleados banorte cada vez tiene peor servicio

Es un banco con gente inexperta, te inevtan escusas para no entregarte tu propio dinero, te aplican seguros que no contrataste! Si tienes una emergencia no puedes disponer de tu dinero, y te obligan a decirles con anticipación el día que vayas a retirar, imagino para dar el pitado, con el pretexto de que no manejan efectivo, absurdo!! Es una mál banco
