A	A B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quería recoger un envío de Western Union, (siempre lo hago ahi o en sucursal Lomas Verdes) y en 3 años nunca me han pedido llevar una copia de mi identificación hasta ahora, solo presentar mi IFE y todos los datos del envío. Según la gerente la copia SIEMPRE se ha pedido ..... Al pedirle entonces si me podía sacar la copia aunque me cobrara, ya que estaban por cerrar y no alcanzaba a ir a la papelería... me dijo con un modo, jeta y tono de voz que te cagas, que la copiadora era solo para uso interno, que me podía HACER EL FAVOR, pero me cobraria 34 pesos!!! jajaja Su pinche toner ha de ser de petroleo y supongo se lo cobran.... Grupo Banorte apesta. Para resolver cualquier problema se van echando la bolita entre la sucursal y banortel y tardan DEMASIADO en resolver algo. Los ejecutivos tratan de darte solución, pero los procedimientos del banco son horribles e ineficaces, por lo que sólo haces corajes y pierdes tu tiempo. De los 4 cajeros automáticos generalmente la mayoría están descompuestos y hay fila para usar los que sirven. Tienen potencial para ser mejores y la sucursal en sí no es tan mala, pero actualmente son un dolor de cabeza. The branch is well cared for and the service is friendly, but to be honest it is one of the most inefficient banks out there. To solve any problem they throw the ball between the branch and banortel and take TOO LONG to solve something. The executives try to give you a solution, but the bank's procedures are horrible and ineffective, so you just get angry and waste your time. Of the 4 ATMs, most of them are generally broken and there is a line to use the ones that serve. They have the potential to be better and the branch itself is not that bad, but they are currently a headache.
