★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta sucursal necesita un cajero inteligente (atm) para hacer depósitos, porque la atención por parte de los cajeros es un poco lenta (se entiende porque no hay muchas cajas), pero eso ayudaría mucho a los usuarios para perder tiempo y poder depositar como en las otras sucursales.
This branch needs a smart ATM (atm) to make deposits, because the attention from the tellers is a bit slow (it is understood that there are not many boxes), but that would help the users a lot to lose time and be able to deposit as in the other branches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de organización para atender a los clientes, demasiado lentos, se refleja poco interés en el trabajo de los empleados y lo digo porque las veces que he acudido es en las primeras horas del día y no se justifica esa actitud, siendo que apenas van iniciando sus actividades del día como para manifestar que están muy cansados de tanto trabajo.

Me gustaría poner una queja formal en Banorte porque esta sucursal es LA PEOR de todo México, haces fila de 75 personas (3 horas) y llegando a ventanilla, con la mano en la cintura, te dicen que ya no es hora de hacer el movimiento o no te pueden dar el servicio o no hay sistema. Y por teléfono no hay manera de comunicarse con un ser humano.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. I would like to file a formal complaint with Banorte because this branch is THE WORST in all of Mexico, you stand in line with 75 people (3 hours) and arriving at the window, with your hand on your waist, they tell you that it is no longer time to make the move either they can't give you the service or there is no system. And by phone there is no way to communicate with a human being.
