Hace semanas pedí información de las diferentes tarjetas de crédito y la señorita que me atendió ni idea tenía.
Hoy fuí a pagar mi tarjeta de crédito y pedí mi estado de cuenta, llevaba mi pasaporte como identificación y la señorita de MUY mal modo me dijo que llevara mi licencia porque el pasaporte no era oficial. Le dije varias veces que siempre me daban mi estado de cuenta con el pasaporte y que era mi último día de pago de tarjeta se negó muy groseramente, acudí hoy a otra sucursal y no fué ningún problema que me lo dieran con mi pasaporte.
Creo que lo PEOR de esa sucursal son los modos con los que las señoritas de los escritorios te atienden, pésimo!
Solo quiero cancelar mi cuenta y pasarme a otro banco.
Dejo fuera de mis comentarios negativos a la srita.que recibe en la entrada del banco y canaliza las operaciones, es la única que salva la sucursal con su excelente trato y amabilidad.

Weeks ago I asked for information on the different credit cards and the lady who attended me had no idea.
Today I went to pay my credit card and asked for my account statement, I had my passport as identification and the lady in a VERY bad way told me to take my license because the passport was not official. I told him several times that they always gave me my account statement with my passport and that it was my last day of card payment, he refused very rudely, I went to another branch today and it was no problem that they gave it to me with my passport.
I think the WORST of that branch are the ways in which the ladies at the desks serve you, terrible!
I just want to cancel my account and switch to another bank.
I leave out of my negative comments the lady who receives at the entrance of the bank and channels the operations, she is the only one who saves the branch with her excellent treatment and kindness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pesima atencion despues de 2 horas esperando, i dican que no tenían servicio , y no sabian cuando se recuperaria , intense ha lar con la gerente para indicar que queria cancelar la cuenta me dijo que no era su problema y que regresar después, le dije que no era posible que respondiera asi y rompio las copias que habia entregado para hacer la cancelacion ( me habían pedido imprimir documentos) NUNCA regresaria con este banco y menos a esta sucursal que clase de gente designan como "gerentes"
