Very bad service, recently they assaulted me and among my things they took my identifications, they did not want to give me money from my account even though I had my passport as official identification, the manager was on her cell phone messaging herself and people waiting for her, I approached her to tell her about my situation and super rude told me to wait, good to receive money, but not to try to solve a problem related to our money because they can not do anything, as if they were doing us a favor.

I’ve come here four different times and each time they have a different excuse as to why they can’t help me. (Their scanner can’t read my passport, my passport is too close to the expiration date 9 months out, after I renewed my passport then i have to come in with a copy of my passport for them to keep on file, come back with a copy then I’m told my passport doesn’t meet their requirements?) I’ve come back because I thought each time was a one-off now it’s starting to be clear they just don’t want to deal with foreigners. If that is the case they shouldn’t have a big sign in the window stating their exchange rate. Also if the employees are going to wear masks they need to cover their noses as well.

They should also tell their employees that to prevent covid their mouth covers must cover the nose as well. If possible, they urgently need to avoid this bank and its lack of service.

Long time visitors to PV and we use this bank each time. This bank has good customer service and good exchange rates on US dollars. Bring a photo copy of your passport. Their ATMs are pretty reliable too.

The atm failed to give me 500 pesos, stood in line 1 hour to talk to them. I was told i had to come back monday and wait in the line again. I really have never been there and leave with a good experience. Those bankers hate their jobs.

I made a couple of ATM cash withdrawals to pay my unexpected 2 month layover in PV; COVID19. I can’t get a peso now. Apparently the profits are not high enough for larger withdrawals. Whatever, one makes of a situation as this, it’s worth considering (for the future) this Bank gives a damn about your financial needs.

Convenient ATMs. That's about it. Trying to do ANYTHING at this bank is a multi-day hours long experience with atrocious customer service. They are the closest bank to the beach. I believe that's the only way they could possibly stay in business. There are much better options within easy walking distance. If it weren't for the ATMs, I'd give them a 1 or a zero. Go anywhere else if you don't like being frustrated.
