★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trato a la recepción es discriminatorio y los ejecutivos son lentos, niegan el servicio o te quieren mandar a otras sucursales por no hacer el trabajo ellos, y si insistes te hacen cargos a la cuenta, te piden verbalmente el nip, y bloquean las tarjetas hasta el día siguiente si se les antoja
 The treatment at the reception is discriminatory and the executives are slow, they deny the service or they want to send you to other branches for not doing the work for them, and if you insist they charge you to the account, they ask you verbally the nip, and block the cards until the next day if they feel like it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy fuy cambiar ala sucursal ya avía ido varias veces pero hoy el personal de caja me robo $500 pesos me comentaron que se me avían caído pero eran 5 pasos los quedi para llegar ala caja yo estoy segura que le di el dinero completo ovio yo le digo solo dijeron que no ahora solo no te tienes que cuidar de los rateros de la calle sino hasta del personal de la caja

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me atendió Marco Cervantes un supuesto experto en la aplicación móvil. No me pudo ayudar, en verdad muy deficiente, en el imss me atendieron mejor y si me resolvieron el problema. Al salir llame a una asesora y me dijo que había más opciones las cuales Marco no me las dijo. Pésimo servicio, ahora estoy sin poder usar la aplicación.
I was attended by Marco Cervantes, a supposed expert in the mobile application. He could not help me, really very poor, in the imss they treated me better and if they solved the problem for me. When I left I called an advisor and she told me that there were more options which Marco did not tell me. Terrible service, now I am unable to use the application.
