C	Cristo Mayorga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es bueno y rápido dependiendo del día. Si vas en quincena preparate mentalmente. Cajeros un poco sucios y a veces lentísimos. Fuera de eso, este Banorte cumple con lo esperado. The service is good and fast depending on the day. If you go in a fortnight, prepare yourself mentally. ATMs a bit dirty and sometimes very slow. Outside of that, this Banorte meets expectations.

I	Israel Muciño on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los cajeros automáticos siempre fallan, si necesitas hacer un depósito es obligatorio en ventanilla ya que no se puede por cajero a diferencia de todos los demás bancos de otras instituciones y si vas a retirar con suerte encontrarás efectivo. Solo hay una chica muy amable qué auxilia a los clientes de las filas (en el BBVA qué está a dos cuadras hay 5) personal insuficiente. Sería bueno que a la señora que le dice a los clientes donde estacionarse la ubicaran en su puesto ya qué desorganiza a la gente que está formada para que le dejen el espacio libre a los autos, se toma atribuciones de auxiliar del banco. La gente de ventanillas es rápida y eficiente. Muchas cosas que mejorar en esta sucursal y en general con Banorte. ATMs always fail, if you need to make a deposit it is mandatory at the window since it cannot be done by ATM unlike all other banks from other institutions and if you are going to withdraw with luck you will find cash. There is only one very friendly girl who helps clients from the ranks (in BBVA, which is two blocks away, there are 5) insufficient staff. It would be good if the lady who tells customers where to park would be located at her post and what disorganizes the people who are trained to leave the cars free space, she takes on the duties of assistant to the bank. The people at the windows are fast and efficient. Many things to improve in this branch and in general with Banorte.
a	angel arturo Hoyos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues pocos lugares de estacionamiento, no hay mucho espacio para estar dentro. No me tocó en quincena pero puedo imaginar q es un caos. Es importante apoyar la economía local comprando en comercios locales. Usa cubre bocas en todo el tiempo. Well few parking spaces, not much space to be inside. I did not play in fortnight but I can imagine that it is chaos. It is important to support the local economy by shopping in local stores. Wear mouth covers at all times.

Fui a recoger una tarjeta que me llegó a esta Sucursal de Inguaran llegue a las 3:40 y salí a las 5:55 del banco, tardaron 2 horas con 15 min para que tocara mi turno de pasar con un ejecutivo por mi tarjeta, tramite que se tarda 4 min en realizar por que solo tenia que pasar a firmar una hoja de recibido y le sacan una copia a mi INE , y únicamente habían 8 personas antes de mi. They take forever for simple paperwork. I went to pick up a card that came to me at this Inguaran branch. I arrived at 3:40 and left the bank at 5:55. It took 2 hours and 15 minutes for my turn to go through my card with an executive. that it takes 4 minutes to complete because I only had to sign a receipt sheet and they take a copy from my INE, and there were only 8 people before me.
