★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy muy inconforme con el horario, hago 4 horas de camino para venir a este banco y salgo a una hora considerable sabiendo que cierran a las 16:00 y voy llegando a las 14:40 resulta que está cerrado, es algo que deberían dar a conocer, nadiee repondra mi gasolina y mi dinero

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le doy solo 1 estrellas porqué en su servicio de entregar dinero me solicitaban un ID y clave ,le presente mi pasaporte y me dijo la persona que me atendió,que era una cantidad grande y necesitaba otra ,le presente mi licencia de USA y dijo que no aceptaba esa identificación y que cambiará de beneficiario o sacará otra identificación.
Osea se quejan o exigen que los documentos de México o cualquier otro país sea válido en cualquier parte y los extranjeros no lo pueden hacer porque no es válida.
Pésimo servicio
I give him only 1 star because in his service to deliver money they asked for an ID and password, I presented my passport and he told me the person who answered me, it was a big amount and he needed another, I presented my license from USA and he said that he did not accept that identification and he will change the beneficiary or he will get another identification.
They either complain or demand that documents from Mexico or any other country be valid anywhere and foreigners can not do it because it is not valid.
