Probablemente el peor servicio al cliente que he recibido en mi vida; Banorte tiene buenos ejecutivos y por esta sucursal no deberían perder todos. Si vas a asistir a esta sucursal NO lo hagas. Ejecutivos y sobre todo la Gerente lo 'peor que he visto en mi vida.
 It hurts me to leave 1 star and not leave 0 stars but it doesn't give me the option.
Probably the worst customer service I have ever received in my life; Banorte has good executives and this branch should not lose everyone. If you are going to attend this branch DO NOT do it. Executives and especially the Manager the 'worst I've ever seen in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Necesitan mejorar la atención al cliente. Llegue al banco y no tenían filtro sanitario a la entrada. Saque ficha a las 15:39 hr y no fui atendido a pesar de que ninguno de los ejecutivos de atención a cuentas estaban desocupados, me tuve que acercar yo 30 min después de sacar ficha. La persona que me atendió no me dio solución a mi problema, solo me pidió que llamara por teléfono pero no me ofreció otras opciones a pesar de estar ahí en sucursal.
They need to improve customer service. I arrived at the bank and they had no sanitary filter at the entrance. I took my card at 3:39 pm and I was not attended to, even though none of the account service executives were unemployed, I had to go over 30 minutes after taking a card. The person who attended me did not give me a solution to my problem, he only asked me to call by phone but did not offer me other options despite being there at the branch.

The branch manager is never there, so half the paperwork cannot be done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio a cliente que me ha tocado vivir en un banco, pésima atención, los ejecutivos nefastos y ni se diga la "gerente", no me dieron ninguna solución al problema que tenía y hasta parece que te están haciendo un favor con atenderte. Les recomiendo nunca acudir ahí ?
The worst customer service that I have had to live in a bank, terrible attention, the disastrous executives and not even the "manager", they did not give me any solution to the problem I had and it even seems that they are doing you a favor by assisting you. I recommend you never go there ?

Los agentes los van rotando y en mi caso me aplicaron un seguro de auto indebidamente ya que envíe y seguí la mecánica que me indicaron sin embargo el ejecutivo no dió seguimiento y estoy en un arduo y pesado proceso de cancelación, por favor no elijan este banco
Terrible bank, to communicate is a headache you have to try several times. The agents rotate them and in my case they improperly applied auto insurance to me since I sent and followed the mechanics that they indicated to me, however the executive did not follow up and I am in an arduous and heavy cancellation process, please do not choose this bank
